Returns Policy

George's Pudding and Pie does not accept any returns. As our production facility is a highly regulated environment that can not risk contamination or violation of either SANHA or FSSC22000 International Food safety standards.

George's Pudding and Pie ensures that all products are of high quality before reaching customers. Should it happen that your item is defective then please contact us on info@georges.co.za  within 14 days of your purchase.

Please take a photo of the defective product and the batch code. As defective products undergo a full internal investigation, to improve our products and quality standards.

 A replacement item will be sent to you accordingly. Should it happen that we are out of stock, then you will be contacted by Customer Service, and you will be provided with store credit or you can contact us for a different arrangement.
